When you create an account, request a reservation, or contact us, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, account preferences, pickup and drop-off locations, trip details, and communications with us.

Card details are submitted to and handled by Stripe. Airport Black Limo does not store full card numbers on its servers. We may receive payment method identifiers, transaction status, and limited card information from Stripe to support reservations and customer account features.

How We Use It

We use this information to create and manage customer accounts, provide quotes and reservations, communicate about rides, process and administer payments, maintain trip history, provide customer support, protect the service, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

Google Sign-In

When you choose Google Sign-In, Airport Black Limo may receive the basic Google account information provided through the authentication flow, such as your name, email address, account identifier, and profile information. We use this information to create or sign you in to your Airport Black Limo account, associate reservations with the authenticated customer, and provide account functionality.

Airport Black Limo does not use Google Sign-In to access your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, files, or other unrelated Google services.

Service Providers

We use service providers to operate the website and deliver our services. These include Supabase for authentication and account infrastructure, Stripe for payment processing and payment method storage, and Google services for maps, address and route features, advertising, and conversion measurement. We may also use providers that support website hosting, email delivery, security, and customer communications. These providers process information in connection with the services they provide to us.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Airport Black Limo and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, reservation functionality, security, site operation, and advertising or conversion measurement. Your browser settings may allow you to control cookies, although disabling them can affect website features.

Data Retention

Account, reservation, communication, and transaction records are retained according to the needs of the service and the type of record, including maintaining customer accounts and trip history, supporting accounting, resolving disputes, and protecting the service. Retention periods may vary by record type.
