Terms of Service

Booking & Payment

All reservations require a 50% deposit charged via Stripe at time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of service. All rates are per hour with a 4-hour minimum. Gratuity is not included and is at the passenger's discretion.

Reservation Confirmation

After booking online, your reservation will be confirmed by phone or text within 15 minutes. Please ensure your contact number is accurate at the time of booking.

Pre-Service Confirmation

We will send you a text message the day before your scheduled ride to confirm your chauffeur's details and provide any last-minute information.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 6 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 6 hours of the scheduled pickup are non-refundable — the full ride amount will be charged. No-shows forfeit the full amount.

Service Area

Airport Black Limo operates throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, serving SFO, SJC, and OAK airports and all surrounding cities. Out-of-area trips are available by arrangement.

Liability

Airport Black Limo is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, flight schedule changes, or other circumstances beyond our control. We monitor flights in real time and adjust accordingly.

Vehicle Policy

Passengers are responsible for any damage to vehicles caused by misuse. Smoking and consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
