Booking & Payment

Online bookings are submitted as reservation requests. Your card is saved securely through Stripe, but you are not charged at the time of submission. You pay $0 today. The full trip total — including the 20% included chauffeur gratuity and any add-ons — is charged only after Airport Black Limo confirms your ride.

Reservation Confirmation

After submitting a reservation request, Airport Black Limo will review vehicle and driver availability. If your ride is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your trip details and a secure link to view or cancel your reservation.

Pre-Service Confirmation

We will send you a text message the day before your scheduled ride to confirm your chauffeur's details and provide any last-minute information.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup are automatically refunded in full to the original payment method. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup, late cancellations, or no-shows may be charged the full confirmed amount.

Service Area

Airport Black Limo operates throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, serving SFO, SJC, and OAK airports and all surrounding cities. Out-of-area trips are available by arrangement.

Liability

Airport Black Limo is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, flight schedule changes, or other circumstances beyond our control. We monitor flights in real time and adjust accordingly.

Vehicle Policy

Passengers are responsible for any damage to vehicles caused by misuse. Smoking and consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
